Stuart Webb
President – Insurance Services
Stuart joined Rubicon in March 2002 as Business Development
Director and later was appointed as Chief Operating Officer
in 2005. He has over 25 years experience in the general
insurance industry. His career includes 13 years with Independent
Insurance Company Ltd where he held senior sales management
and Operational positions and became Executive Manager responsible
for policy and claims administration for the regional branch
network.
Akshay Saluja
Senior Vice President, Operations
Akshay has been a part of the start-up team at EMR as Head
of Operations since 2001. Having designed and implemented
a robust delivery platform, Akshay has led the delivery
team at EMR to overachieve on SLAs, providing the necessary
fuel to EMR to penetrate further into the market as well
as into existing clients.
Managing a host of processes under the verticals of healthcare,
expense management, mortgages etc., Akshay and his team
have designed, transitioned, improved and successfully delivered
processes as an off-shore outsourcing unit to Fortune 100
clients in the US, while maintaining consistent metrics
and impeccable track record on information security and
end-customer satisfaction.
The two years spent with AR Credit at the outset of his
career saw him handling multiple processes on credit cards,
mortgages and other retail financial products with India's
first and world's leading MNC bank. After successfully establishing
the BPO practice with AR Credit, Akshay joined the Indian
arm of Bausch and Lomb Inc.
During his 10-year stint with Bausch and Lomb, Akshay realigned
the entire accounting and reporting framework with the parent
to match the altered status of the company as a subsidiary.
He worked closely with the shared service centers providing
accounting services to Bausch and Lomb globally and later
was responsible for heading its finance function in India.
A graduate in commerce from the University of Delhi, Akshay
is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India. His other areas of expertise include business planning
& analysis, business process re-engineering, implementation
of ERP projects and handling the demands of two lovely children
with all his traveling around the globe.
Sudhir Jathanna
Vice President - Service Delivery
Sudhir is known to the management team at EMR for his expertise
on handling emerging businesses and the challenges offered
by the same. He was roped in to augment the delivery team
as EMR started penetrating deeper into value add areas with
existing customers.
Put in the hot seat of delivering the BS 7799 certification
to EMR, Sudhir proved his mettle by getting EMR BS 7799
certified within a short span of 6 months and from none
other than British Standards Institute (BSI) themselves.
His successful transition of commercial mortgages from a
Fortune 100 client in the US put Sudhir firmly in the driving
seat within the delivery team. As Vice President, he now
oversees the roadmaps across various processes and guides
EMR through the maze of people, processes, productivity
and profitability matrix.
Previous stints with Apollo Tyres, Shaw Wallace, and Consortium
Finance Ltd. saw Sudhir successfully handle among other
things, the first Public Issue at Consortium (NBFC), an
issue that was oversubscribed 11 times, initiation &
institution of a user-friendly & quick-response MIS,
setting up & running a 100% EOU (Export-Oriented Unit)
in the field of medical transcription and overseeing an
all-India systems network of over 25 branches and 600 employees.
An economics graduate from the University of Delhi, Sudhir
is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India. He hopes to be a Six Sigma black belt one day.
Girish Bhutani
Vice President - Finance & Accounts
He joined the EMR in April 2003 and brings in more than
9 years of rich experience in business planning, M&A,
liaison with financial institutions and banks, funds management,
MIS, financial accounting, relationship management with
institutional
investors / venture capital funds, key vendors and other
third parties in relation to commercial transactions and
legal and secretarial matters.
Being a part of startup ventures in RPG Limited and with
Spectranet Limited, Girish also carries experience of setting
up of the processes and policies for internal controls,
accounting and revenue assurance and their constant review
in line with the business requirements, resulting in optimum
utilization of the Company's resources, protection of the
company assets and revenues together with ensuring smooth
business operations.
Girish has prior experience with companies like RPG, Spectranet
Limited, Raunaq Enterprises and eGurucool.
Girish is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce from Delhi
University.
Kishore Dewani
Vice President - Legal
Kishore has over 14 years experience across various finance
and corporate law functions. His exposure includes debt
and capital raising through preferential & public issues,
setting up of joint ventures, business hive offs, etc. He
has worked for Apollo Tyres Ltd., JANA-a NHK Japan JV and
Jamna Auto Industries Ltd. Kishore is a Fellow Member of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Diane Bromley
Vice President – Human Resource
Diane is a Chartered Insurer, and has over 15 years experience
as an HR professional and is FCIPD qualified. Starting her
career at Royal Insurance, she spent the next 11 years at
Independent Insurance, and gained regulatory experience
more recently at an annuity provider, Britannic Retirement
Solutions.
